1. Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, the Products must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the Products show signs of use, damage, or alteration.
  • Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot process returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@birdsparadise.pk within the specified return period.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received by us.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned Products and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 8 days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Exclusions

  • The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Items returned after the specified return period.
    • Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition.
    • Items that have been personalized, customized, or altered.
    • Items marked as non-returnable in the product description.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective Product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

7. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a Product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
