To be eligible for a return, the Products must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the Products show signs of use, damage, or alteration.
Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot process returns.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@birdsparadise.pk within the specified return period.
Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received by us.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned Products and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 8 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items returned after the specified return period.
Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition.
Items that have been personalized, customized, or altered.
Items marked as non-returnable in the product description.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective Product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a Product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
